How do I track my order?
To track your order, log into your account by clicking the "Log In" button at the top of our website and entering your account details. Once logged in, navigate to the "My Account" page and select the "Order History" section. Here, you can locate your order and view the tracking number along with the current order status. Clicking the tracking number link will redirect you to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can see real-time updates on your package’s location and delivery progress. What are your delivery options?
We offer shipping within the United States, with delivery times that may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. The available shipping options and fees will be calculated at checkout.
How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping label if necessary.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with tags still attached. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.
Return Postage
Please note that the cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.
How can I contact your couriers?
To contact our couriers regarding your shipment, you can use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Simply visit the shipping carrier’s website and enter the tracking number for the most up-to-date information on your delivery. Do you provide International delivery?
Currently, we only offer delivery within the United States. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery in the near future. Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for your patience!
What is your returns policy?
To return an item, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order. This ensures that your request is handled by the appropriate team and processed efficiently. Please include your order number when submitting your request so we can assist you promptly.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER
We do not except exchange for the following :
- Products received in a condition other than their original condition
- Products that appear worn or smell of deodorant , tan etc.
- Products that are marked or damaged in any way.
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
